Medical Tracker

This is our new and improved way to inform parents/carers of minor injuries. This new method will replace the Harris Primary Academy Kenley green incident slips.

Please check that email addresses are kept up to date with the Academy office to ensure you continue to receive the minor incident emails. 

If you are not receiving these emails from us please contact the Academy office info@harrisprimarykenley.org.uk so that we can update your records.
